Fabelab is a Scandinavian children's brand founded in Copenhagen, characterised by its high-quality, innovative, and responsibly made products that are designed to create a creative home. Fabelab's products are deeply rooted in storytelling, with each product designed to spark curiosity and encourage your little one to use their imagination. Fabelab creates products that are designed to last a lifetime, growing with the family and creating memories along the way.
Fabelab's founder and designer, Michaela, is an Austrian architect living and working in Copenhagen. She founded Fabelab after looking for honest and thoughtful products for her two young daughters that would push their imagination and creativity. Her products are all designed with stories to tell, drawing inspiration from her career as an architect and stage designer. With their clean and cool designs ensure that your little one has playful creations that work in every room of the house.
Fabelab Loungewear
Fabelab also creates timeless loungewear and bathrobes for kids. Their loungewear is designed for everyday use and is made with responsibility and love. Fabelab creates kid's loungewear that is the perfect synergy of beauty and functionality, creating beautifully made kids clothes that are soft and cosy but will also become an integral part of their play universe.
Fabelabes products are designed to be multipurpose; for example, the Activity Blankets are designed to be used by kids through all stages of their life and then can be used generally around the house. All Fab Lab products are made from sustainable textiles sourced from their partner company in India. Upcycling and ensuring that the products are reusable are core to Fabelab sustainable philosophy as they seek to not only use eco-friendly materials but to ensure that everything they make has a dual purpose or second life.
Fabelab's products are made from the most sustainable materials, including 100% organic cotton, recycled polyester and corn fibre filling. All these products are durable and long-lasting, as well as the most natural option for washing and retaining the shape of the product. Fabelab also ensures that all packaging is biodegradable and causes no harm to the environment. Additionally, Fabelab's philosophy on thoughtful design is not simply about using the right materials but also ensuring proper treatment of workers.
