DELIVERY DISPATCH TIMES AND SHIPPING FEES WILL BE ADDED AT TIME OF CHECKOUT

All orders received before 2pm CEST will be dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays and other public holidays). Orders received after 2pm CEST will be dispatched the next working day. Please note all orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

BambinFashion will email customers tracking details once the order has been received and dispatched. Should you find your parcel is delayed, please double check tracking details. In some cases, your shipment may be held or already delivered. If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact BambiniFashion within 10 days of your shipment’s estimated delivery date. If your shipment included a gift box, please enjoy. This is our gift to you! There is no need to return it.

Paying Customs Duties & Taxes

Depending on the country, we will cover any custom duties or taxes. This minimises delays or additional charges. The total amount at checkout is the final amount for your shipment. Delivery Duty Paid also known as DDP services are displayed in the chart above and the options at checkout will read ‘IMPORT DUTY PAID’. We recommend customers choose this shipping option to optimise their delivery experience. However, it is important to check on the product page if your country and region qualifies for DDP services.

For any country NOT eligible for DDP services, the shipping process is different. When your shipment is received in your country, it may be liable for Customs Duty and Tax. Your local customs office will typically hold the parcel until all fees have been paid. If duties and taxes are not covered, your parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. Custom duties and taxes are determined independently of BambiniFashion. We do not have control over the charges incurred. We reserve the right to deduct ANY loss in value of merchandise from the order value, before refunds are processed. We recommend customers check with local postal services, if they are not sure about custom charges in their country.

P.O boxes

Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address which is not a P.O box.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Countries

We ship to a lot of locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 30 days from delivery (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit (you can choose on your returns form). Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise (or in the case of faulty items - see below).

Exchange

To avoid disappointment we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return.

Conditions for return

Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface.

If an item has a BAMBINIFASHION security tag or garment tag, it must be returned to us with the tag in its original position.

Fees

Please note that we take a fee for returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund, which we will issue once we receive your parcel back in our warehouse and it has passed quality inspection. The return fee will depend on the volume of your shipment.

Exclusions

There are some items, we cannot accept due to hygiene reasons:
-Bottles, dummies, teethers, etc.
-Nailpolish, lipgloss or other cosmetics
-Underwear (including socks) & swimwear
-Headbands and hairclips
